At Poggenamp, effective practices enable optimal selection of grades as per customer specification. Clubbing of other requirements in the same grade and slitting programs for optimum utilization of wide coils controls wastage.
Slitting
A state-of-the-art twin loop line ensures stress-free, accurate slitting with tolerances of +/- 0.05 to +/- 0.075 mm, accommodating up to 16 slits at a time.
Press Shop
Pneumatic presses from 16T to 150T and presses from 160T to 400T handle blanking and gang punching with uncoilers, straighteners, and servo feeders.
Notching Machines
PLC-controlled notching machines (2T to 10T) accommodate blanks up to 1200 mm diameter and can index skewed stator/rotor and skip notching.
High-Speed Presses
High-speed presses from 32T to 360T offer speeds up to 700 SPM and accommodate tungsten carbide tooling with auto skewing and shaft bore punching.
Surface Grinding
Surface grinders with chuck sizes from 200 x 150 to 2500 x 1200 mm support in-house tool maintenance and optimum tool life.
